After evaluating the market, with Robin's 25 years of field experience and Kathy's persistent encouragement the company was formed. With minimal resources, Kathy was instrumental in establishing the vision and direction of the company. She managed the financial component and under the direction of Robin gained knowledge of the estimating and bidding portion of the industry. Robin played a crucial part in managing the field operations and developing strong customer relations.
The company began with 3 field insulators; Rich Rauch and Scott Branta have been and remain our cornerstone employees. Without their initial efforts and continued loyalty, the company wouldn't be the success it has become.
Express Insulation continued to grow as a family business. Joseph joined the company in 2001 after graduating from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Industrial Technology Management with an emphasis on drafting. Jonathan completed the family business in 2002 after graduating from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Industrial Technology Management with a minor in Business.
In 2006, a new building was constructed in Theresa, WI. This made available the overdue office and warehouse space required to continue a smooth day to day operation and growth of the company.
We are a certified WBE for the State of WI and EBE for the city of Milwaukee. In our 15th year of operation, our focus is on projects in WI with limited pursuit of out-of- state projects. We have completed projects in WV, OK, MI, MN, and NY. We strive to provide superior skills and services with the end result being quality customer relations.
